When you claim a unit page, you become the administrator for that unit's dedicated page on this website. You can add your unit's history, photos, personal notes, insider tips, and updates. Only one person can claim each unit.
Only if you are a long-term resident or have a legitimate connection to the unit. We reserve the right to verify claims. Unit owners have priority to claim their unit.
Yes, all payments are processed through secure SSL-encrypted payment gateways. We never store your card details.
You'll receive email reminders before expiry. If you don't renew, your claimed unit page remains but you cannot update it. You retain read access to all content.
We offer a 14-day cooling off period for new memberships. Contact us within 14 days of joining for a full refund.
Founding member rate of $299/year is locked in for the life of your membership as long as you renew annually. We may introduce higher rates for new members in the future.
